All you need are two cushions and a comfy floor. It is accessible for all and adaptable as needed. It is not about the perfect pose but about de stressing. I focus on the restorative aspect and sinking into the breath and completely relaxing. Reconnect with your body and allow it to rest, relax and rejuvenate.
