The event will take place on 18th May Sunday 7pm-9pm at St John's church Kimberworth Park, Rotherham. The agenda will comprise a guided yoga session led by myself, Francine, followed by an enchanting sound bath designed to both establish a deeper connection within ourselves and to promote healing on multiple levels.
What is a Sound Bath?
For those new to this transformative experience, a sound bath might seem unfamiliar, but it's a practice rooted in ancient traditions that has gained immense popularity in the wellness community.
